These smokers cook and smoke meat for 2 to 3 hours at a time. A smoke-chamber temperature gauge, natural airflow control and smoke exhaust control let the cook manage the smoke, the racks take GN 2/1 containers and a concealed drawer collects grease. Choose solid fuel, gas, lava stone or a gas and charcoal combination.

Gas Smoker (SPR 63.1) is a gas smoker from the SPARO range. The body combines 430-grade stainless steel and painted steel. Model SPR 63.1: 70 cm long.
