These smokers cook and smoke meat for 2 to 3 hours at a time. A smoke-chamber temperature gauge, natural airflow control and smoke exhaust control let the cook manage the smoke, the racks take GN 2/1 containers and a concealed drawer collects grease. Choose solid fuel, gas, lava stone or a gas and charcoal combination.

Gascoal Smoker (SPR 63.4) is a gas and charcoal smoker from the SPARO range. The body combines 430-grade stainless steel and painted steel. Available in 2 sizes (SPR 63.3, SPR 63.4), from 70 to 140 cm long.
