Every commercial machine has parts that wear out first. Knowing them in advance, and keeping a few on the shelf, turns a day of lost sales into a ten-minute repair.

Doner machine parts
- Radiants and burners: take the highest heat and may crack or clog over time.
- Motors and gearboxes: rotate the meat cone, and worn bearings cause noise or stalling.
- Igniters, thermocouples and valves: safety and control parts for gas appliances.
Ranges and ovens
- Digital and mechanical thermostats that drift from the true temperature
- Heating elements in electric models
- Door gaskets and hinges that lose their seal
How to identify the right part
- Note the brand and model number on the machine's data plate.
- Photograph the part from several sides with a ruler for size.
- Write down the voltage, gas type and any numbers printed on the part.
- Send everything with your technical service request.
Plan maintenance, not emergencies
