These lift grill systems are the heart of a kebab house or steakhouse. A handwheel raises and lowers the grill over the coals, so the cook controls the heat without moving the food. The chamber is lined with firebrick for high thermal insulation, grease is carried away by a concealed channel into a drawer, and the ash drawer makes cleaning easy.
Forte (SPR 21.1) is a lift charcoal grill with bottom handwheel from the SPARO range. Available in 4 sizes (SPR 21.1, SPR 21.2, SPR 21.3, SPR 21.4), from 68 to 90 cm long.
