Vegetable preparation is where a lot of kitchen labour goes. The right machine turns hours of hand work into minutes, but it has to match the volume you actually handle.

Potato peelers: sized per batch
Peelers are named by the weight they take in one batch, and each size also states a rate per hour:
- 10 kg – up to 200 kg per hour
- 20 kg – up to 400 kg per hour
- 30 kg – up to 600 kg per hour
- 50 kg – up to 1,000 kg per hour
All use a long-lasting silicon-carbide abrasive plate and a rigid 18/10 Cr-Ni stainless steel body. A transparent loading cover lets you watch the peeling, the discharge door locks and opens easily, and the timer panel keeps waste and time to a minimum. A batch is peeled in 180 seconds at most.
Cutting vegetables
The floor-standing and countertop vegetable cutters are rated at 300 kg per hour with a 0.37 kW motor. They come with 6 standard discs, optional cube-cutting attachments and stainless steel blades, and they will not run while the lid is open. With the legs removed, the floor-standing model can be used on a counter.

Onions, hummus and spices
The onion chopper and hummus machine chops onions, tomatoes and peppers without releasing the juice or crushing them, and handles 5 litres of product at a time. For dry products, the spice and herb grinder grinds to the fineness you need.
Sauces and puree
For tomato sauce or pepper paste, the tomato puree machine processes about 500 kg per hour with 304-grade stainless steel rollers, and it separates skins and seeds from the pulp.
