Product description
These lift grill systems are the heart of a kebab house or steakhouse. A handwheel raises and lowers the grill over the coals, so the cook controls the heat without moving the food. The chamber is lined with firebrick for high thermal insulation, grease is carried away by a concealed channel into a drawer, and the ash drawer makes cleaning easy.
Punto Inox (SPR 8.3) is a stainless twin-lift grill with lower shelves from the SPARO range. The body is stainless steel, which resists corrosion and wipes clean easily. Available in 4 sizes (SPR 8.1, SPR 8.2, SPR 8.3, SPR 8.4), from 100 to 200 cm long.
