These lift grill systems are the heart of a kebab house or steakhouse. A handwheel raises and lowers the grill over the coals, so the cook controls the heat without moving the food. The chamber is lined with firebrick for high thermal insulation, grease is carried away by a concealed channel into a drawer, and the ash drawer makes cleaning easy.
Lotti Glazed (SPR 12.1) is a glazed single-lift grill with bottom handwheel from the SPARO range. The body combines 430-grade stainless steel and painted steel. Available in 2 sizes (SPR 12.1, SPR 12.2), from 120 to 150 cm long.
