Frequently asked questions

How do I find the thread size?

Measure the outer diameter of the threaded head. Common sizes are 1.5 inch and 2 inch.

Single-phase or three-phase?

Check the machine plate. Large boilers usually use three-phase supply.

Can I use a water element for oil?

No. Oil needs a lower surface load. Choose elements designed for oil.
