In tea-drinking markets, the tea machine is as important as the espresso machine in a café: it runs all day, and when it fails or runs dry, customers notice immediately. Capacity is the main decision.

Start with your busiest hour
A tea glass usually holds roughly 100 to 120 ml. Count how many glasses you serve in your peak hour, then choose a machine that covers that number without a refill. Our tea machine range runs from 40 to 500 glasses:
- Small cafés and offices: 40 glasses or 60 glasses
- Restaurants and canteens: 80 glasses or 120 glasses
- Busy venues: 160 or 250 glasses
- Hotels, halls and events: 400 or 500 glasses
Tea machine or hot water dispenser?
If you brew tea separately, a hot water dispenser is enough. The range comes in the same sizes, from the 40-glass to the 500-glass model. Many venues run one of each: a dispenser for hot water and a machine for tea.
